I'm Aldona. I design products for the enterprise and B2B world — dashboards, internal tools, complex systems where usability is easy to overlook and hard to get right.

I've been in the tech industry for close to ten years. For about four of those, I worked as a front-end developer, which gives me a practical understanding of how products get built — not just designed. These days, I focus on design.

I work in cross-functional teams and am used to moving between design, product, and engineering conversations without losing the thread.
